Due to security concerns with attachments contained in e-mails, postal mail is the medium upon first notifying Mecanamix when you believe your intellectual property is copied in an infringing manner. Please provide the above agent with the following complaint requirements:

1. A description and sample copy of the copyrighted material – the intellectual property you actually own – that you claim has been infringed,

2. Advise where the claimed infringing material is specifically located within a Mecanamix Web page and include the Web site address (further referenced as the URL, Uniform Resource Locator). If the claimed infringing material involves a product transacted from a Mecanamix Web site, then provide a copy of the transaction receipt.

3. Your statement that in good faith, the now-disputed use of the specific material is not authorized by you, your agent or by law. If by law, cite the specific reference,

5. Add a statement to your claim letter that “under penalty of perjury, the above information is accurate and that I am the copyright owner or authorized person to act on behalf of the copyright owner,”

6. Include your signature as the copyright owner or the signature of a person authorized to act on your behalf, as the copyright owner.

a. If you decide to first contact Mecanamix by e-mail that includes an attachment instead of by postal mail, then Mecanamix will not be obligated to respond.

b. Upon receipt of your mailed copyright infringement complaint, Mecanamix will advise via the e-mail address you provide, notice that your complaint was received for processing.
